Discovery Call

This free, 15 minute call will help me guide you to the best course of action. I'll ask you questions about your injuries and goals and determine if you are a good candidate for our services and help you choose the best path forward for success.

Physical Therapy

My approach to physical therapy is with human performance in mind. The goal is to help you return to the activities you enjoy doing and to minimize limitations along the way.

Performance Coaching

Customized training to help you maintain and even build fitness while you are dealing with an injury. This is also a great option for those who have completed physical therapy but are still not quite ready for the field, the court or the demands of the job-site.

Recovery Bodywork

Customized manual therapy sessions which may include IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), facilitated stretching and manual therapy to increase flexibility, mobility and function.

I have spent the last 30 years honing my philosophy on physical therapy and performance coaching. I have worked with everyone from NCAA Division 1 Athletes and Special Operations Marines to those who were just beginning their fitness and health journey.

My eclectic interest in sports has afforded me the opportunity to train a wide variety of athletes. I have coached at the national level in olympic weightlifting, the CrossFit Games as well as Boston Marathon qualifying performances and half-Ironman triathlons.

I’m a firm believer that a well educated patient is an empowered patient
